Give each product its own details
Add a product link, a photo or both. A link helps identify the store and item, while a reference photo can clarify which colour or model you mean when the listing contains several options. A brand name on its own may not identify the product accurately.

- Record the colour, size and quantity for each item.
- Include at least a link or photo, plus any important notes.
- Provide the recipient’s name, telephone number and address in Syria.
For clothing, check the store’s size chart and record your chosen size. If a link changes or the item sells out, the team needs to review it again. A screenshot of a store price is useful context, but it is not a final Jawlaha quote.
Keep multiple products separate in your request
You can combine several products in one request. Enter each as a separate item so quantities and variants remain clear. For example, two shirts in a specified colour and size and one pair of shoes in a specified size require separate details. This is an example of organising a request, not a promise that a particular product or store is eligible.
If one item becomes unavailable, ask how removing or replacing it changes the quote before accepting a revised order. Clear item details make it easier to review availability and avoid an incorrect selection.
Review the complete quote
Check the products, service, shipping and delivery costs and the final total. There is no single fixed shipping charge for all orders: the team quotes shipping according to the request’s contents. Ask about any unclear line before paying, rather than estimating the total from store prices alone.
Keep the agreed quote and review quantities, sizes and the recipient address once more. A price quoted for someone else’s order is not a quote for your own basket.
Understand payment and timing
