Anyone who has noticed at midnight that the cat food has run out knows what that errand costs. Pet shops now have their own tab in the Jawlaha app: browse the shops near you, see what they stock with photos and prices, and have it brought to your door.

Everything for your animal in one place — dry and wet food, litter and cleaning supplies, bowls, collars and leads, toys, carriers and cages — depending on what each shop lists on its own page.

The service is new and shops are joining gradually in Latakia and Homs. One thing we are explicit about: Jawlaha does not sell veterinary medicine or vaccines and gives no medical advice — anything to do with your animal’s health belongs with a vet.

The shop prepares the order, a Jawlaha driver brings it to your door, and you pay on delivery.

Which animals do the shops cover?

It depends on the shop. Most of what is listed today is for cats and dogs, and some shops add supplies for birds and aquarium fish. What each shop carries is shown on its own page in the app.

Do you sell veterinary medicine or vaccines?

No. Pet shops on Jawlaha list food and supplies only. We do not sell medicine or vaccines and we do not give veterinary advice — for anything to do with your animal’s health, see a vet.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery, like every other in-Syria order in the app. The total is shown before you confirm, so there is no surprise at the door.

Bags of food are heavy — does the driver bring them to the door?

Yes, Jawlaha drivers deliver shop orders to your door. If an order is unusually large or heavy, the shop or the Jawlaha team may contact you to arrange the delivery properly.

There is no pet shop near me in the app — what now?

The service is new and shops are being added gradually, so yours may not have signed up yet. Until it does, use Jawlaha Box: describe what you need and a driver buys it from any pet shop in your city.
