How are fees calculated?
Jawlaha Box
The trip fee is the number of pickup locations × the location fee, plus one service fee. Purchases are separate and paid with the fees on delivery.
Jawlaha Gifts
The gift’s purchase price is added to delivery and service fees. We review your request and quote the total in Syrian pounds, paid in advance by transfer before preparation and delivery.
Jawlaha Clean
Labour = hourly rate × cleaners × hours. Optional materials are charged per hour, not per cleaner. Recurring discounts apply to labour and materials. “Until finished” bookings show an initial estimate, then charge for actual hours after the service.
Prices may change; review the breakdown in the app or your personalised quote before paying.
