Beauty shops now have their own place inside the Jawlaha app. Browse the shops in your city, see the products with photos and prices, and have what you want brought to your door instead of walking the market for it.

Skincare and haircare, make-up, fragrance and beauty tools — what each shop lists appears on its own page, and the shop owner is the one who adds the products and keeps the prices current from the merchant dashboard.

The service is new and shops are joining gradually in Latakia and Homs. You pay cash on delivery, and the full total is on screen before you confirm the order.

The shop prepares the order, a Jawlaha driver brings it to your door, and you pay on delivery.

Who is responsible for the products and where they come from?

The shop owner adds and is responsible for the products they list, and a Jawlaha representative visits every business to verify it before the account goes live. If something arrives that does not match what you ordered, contact support and we will take it up with the shop.

Do you sell medicines or pharmaceutical products?

No. Beauty shops on Jawlaha list cosmetics and personal-care products only; medicines are not sold through the app.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery, like every other in-Syria order in the app, with the total shown before you confirm.

I live abroad — can I send beauty products to my family in Syria?

Yes, but through Jawlaha Gifts rather than this tab: you choose from abroad, we send you one all-inclusive price in Syrian pounds, you prepay by money transfer, and we buy locally and deliver to the recipient’s door.

There is no shop near me in the app — what now?

The service is new and shops are being added gradually, so yours may not have signed up yet. Until it does, use Jawlaha Box and a driver will buy what you need from any beauty shop in your city.
