List your restaurant or shop on Jawlaha for Business

Create a business account from the registration page and enter the details of your business — restaurant, cafe, bakery, grocery, pet shop or beauty shop — along with your branch and your city. A Jawlaha representative visits to verify the business, and once approved you add your products and start taking orders.

Yes. Alongside restaurants, cafes and bakeries, Jawlaha now takes grocery shops, pet-supply shops and beauty shops. Each has its own tab in the customer app, and a shop works exactly the way a restaurant does: branches, products, a basket and cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery. It suits the Syrian market, where cards and online payment are not practical — the driver collects the money and it is settled with you.

No. The Jawlaha driver network collects orders from your restaurant or shop and delivers them to your customers. As soon as an order is marked ready it is assigned automatically to the nearest available driver.

From the Jawlaha merchant dashboard you manage your products, prices and branches and handle incoming orders in one place. The dashboard interface is in Arabic.

Jawlaha operates in Latakia and Homs today, with Damascus coming soon. Restaurant and shop owners in Damascus can register now to be ready from day one of the launch.

Yes. The merchant dashboard, the signup form and the verification visit are all in Arabic, because that is the language our merchants and our field team work in. Our support team, however, works in both Arabic and English — contact us and we will walk you through registering and getting your menu online.
