Prepaid by money transfer
The gifts service is paid in advance (not cash on delivery): we send you an all-inclusive quote in Syrian pounds, and you transfer the amount from anywhere in the world via:

- or Western Union.
After the transfer, send us the transfer number and a photo of the receipt. Your order only starts once we confirm the money has arrived. Every order is quoted individually by our team before you pay.

Why payment is by transfer, not by card
Jawlaha Gifts currently accepts prepaid money transfers rather than card payments. Check the transfer method and recipient details with our team before sending money.
We ask for the transfer number and a photo of the receipt to link your payment to your order. Buying and delivery begin only after we confirm that the money has arrived.
And if the order cannot be fulfilled?
Every order is quoted individually by our team before you pay, and the quote can be affected by what is actually available in the shops and at what price.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, or a paid order is cancelled, we refund the amount you paid less the non-refundable service fee, via the same transfer method you paid with, within up to seven business days of cancellation being confirmed — and you can follow the refund status in the order details.
You do not have to know the person receiving it
You can request a food basket for a family you want to support, even if you do not know the recipient personally. Agree the recipient, address and available items with our team before paying.
You decide what to send and to which area, and we handle the buying and the handover inside Syria as if you were there yourself.
