In the Jawlaha app, choose the items and the shops inside Syria to buy them from, add the recipient’s name, address and phone number — and an optional note for the occasion.

We send you a quote

The Jawlaha team reviews your order and sends you one all-inclusive price in US dollars covering the items, the service and the delivery.

Pay by money transfer

Transfer the amount via Al Haram Al Fouad exchange or Western Union, then send us the transfer number and a photo of the receipt.

We deliver it safely

Once the transfer is confirmed, a Jawlaha driver buys your gift from the shops and delivers it to your loved one’s door inside Syria.

Prepaid by money transfer

The gifts service is paid in advance (not cash on delivery), in US dollars — you are sending from outside Syria. After we send you the all-inclusive quote, you transfer the amount via:

  • Al Haram Al Fouad exchange — our approved transfer channel.
  • or Western Union.

After the transfer, send us the transfer number and a photo of the receipt. Your order only starts once we confirm the money has arrived. Every order is quoted individually by our team before you pay.
